FREE BUS TRAVEL
If your child is turning twelve, you will need to apply for their new National Entitlement Card (NEC) with a photo so they can access free bus travel.
Photo-less NECs are valid until the day before your child's 12th birthday, and you can apply for their new card with their photo any time from their 11th birthday. You can choose between a Young Scot NEC, which also provides rewards and discounts and is a PASS accredited form of ID, or a non branded NEC.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT APPLICATIONS FOR SESSION 2024/25
School Transport applications are now open for the new school session 2024/25. Applications should be completed for all new entitled P1 and S1 pupils and for those who are entitled who do not currently have an allocation on a school bus service. Applications should also be completed for those entitled pupils who wish to continue in S5 & S6.
Those who have a change in circumstances e.g. moved home or school, we request that a new application is completed.

Families and Young People Advice Service (FYPAS)
Happy New Year to you all and hope you all had a lovely festive break.
I'm sure you are all very aware of the current cold snap we are experiencing so we're just checking in to let you know that our School Bank Partners still have a lovely supply of warm jackets, wellies, winter boots, hats and gloves!
It's still very much winter so if you have any young people in need of any winter items please get in touch and I can look to refer you.
