Awards Ceremony: Broad General Education
Our Broad General Education Awards Ceremony takes place on an annual basis in early June. The evening is designed to acknowledge the academic and personal achievements of students in S1, S2 and S3.
The most significant awards relate to our school vision which is to inspire, challenge, support and empower our students to become:
- Successful learners
- Confident individuals
- Responsible citizens
- Effective contributors
Students are nominated in each of the above categories with the winner in each announced on the evening.
The evening culminates with the announcement of the winner of The House Trophy. Students from all year groups compete through their House; Cochran, Honeyman and Wood, for this trophy on an annual basis with points gained through a broad range of activities.
